We work from models and batch records. After a customer provides formation conditions, field mixing water quality and the additives already in use, we confirm the applicable product category, specification basis and document language.
For English and Russian speaking customers, the site and documents are available in English and Russian, and inquiries are handled in the customer's language.

Quality control and technical service
Every batch is sampled, verified and documented to the same basis, keeping cross-border supply traceable.

Sampling and testing
Retain samples per batch and confirm appearance, active content and key specifications.

Specification confirmation
Align the target specification basis and field conditions with the customer.

Document provision
Provide TDS, SDS and batch certificates in the required language version.

Shipment and documents
Confirm packing, destination port and required documents before shipment.
Every shipment carries a batch COA plus TDS and SDS in the required language, together with the commercial invoice, packing list and export documents agreed for the destination port.
Buyers receive company registration and export documents during supplier onboarding; the document list is confirmed per order.
